Boston Celtics release their Summer League schedule

After releasing their schedule for the Las Vegas Summer League circuit, the Boston Celtics are set to face the Philadelphia 76ers, Cleveland Cavaliers, Denver Nuggets and Memphis Grizzlies. All games will be aired on ESPN2 at take place at Cox Pavilion in Vegas.

The Celtics face off against the Sixers on July 6 at 5:30 p.m. ET; the Cavaliers on July 8 at 7:30 p.m. ET; the Nuggets on July 9 at 8 p.m. ET; and the Grizzlies on July 11 at 10:30 p.m ET.

After the fourth game, Boston’s record will determine if they’ll play in the Summer League tournament. The Celtics Summer League squad is expected to be led by assistant coach Scott Morrison.

While 14th overall pick Romeo Langford hopes to play, it’s not known yet if he’ll be medically cleared for the Summer League circuit. If Langford doesn’t play, rookies Grant Williams, Carsen Edwards, Tremont Waters, Max Strus and Tacko Fall should join last year’s rookie Robert Williams III on the court, among other young players and NBA hopefuls.
