Boston Celtics have 4th-best title odds for one online sportsbook

The Boston Celtics now find themselves considered fourth-most-likely to win the NBA Finals according to popular online sportsbook BetOnline AG, reports Yahoo Sports’ Keith Smith.

Behind only the Milwaukee Bucks (9/4 odds), the Los Angeles Lakers (11/4 odds) and Los Angeles Clippers (7/2 odds), Boston finds themselves ahead of the Houston Rockets (12/1 odds) and the Toronto Raptors (16/1 odds) in fifth and sixth place respectively.

The Celtics are also granted the second-best odds to win the Eastern Conference Championship, behind the Bucks with 4/7 odds with a 5/1 chance to to win the East, according to the online bookmaker’s estimation.

Toronto is next with 8/1 odds, followed by the Miami Heat and Philadelphia 76ers, who both have 10/1 odds to emerge as conference victors.

Boston’s outstanding play in February, driven by emerging superstar Jayson Tatum’s 30.7 points, 7.9 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game can be attributed to the recalibration of the Celtics odds to take home a banner this spring.
