Burnley boss Sean Dyche has provided an update on the health of his assistant manager Ian Woan after the former Nottingham Forest star tested positive for coronavirus.
Woan - who made more than 250 appearances for Forest between 1990 and 2000 - was one of six people to return a positive Covid-19 test from the Premier League's first batch of testing ahead of this week's return to training.
The 52-year-old has been self-isolating at home and is apparently displaying no symptoms of the illness.
"He'd had nothing wrong with him before, he still hasn't got anything wrong with him now," Dyche told Sky Sports.
"I spoke to him (on Thursday) on the Zoom call with the other staff and he's probably scratching his head as much as anyone.
"But the facts are the facts, seemingly anyway. I know the new thoughts on these tests not being 100% but I think they're pretty near it now.
"But he's had no symptoms at all."
The football season has been suspended for more than two months in the wake of the coronavirus crisis.
Premier League sides have been back in training this week ahead of a potential return to action.
Forest could return to training from next week, with players and staff from Championship clubs awaiting their own test results.
