BOSH! vegan Facebook channel creators are coming to Nottingham

The pioneers behind BOSH! - the biggest plant-based video channel on Facebook - are coming to Nottingham to share their tips on how to "save the planet and feel amazing."

Sheffield duo Henry Firth and Ian Theasby will be discussing their upcoming vegan lifestyle book BOSH! How to Live Vegan, a comprehensive guide to leading a sustainable and ethical life.

Their easy mouth-watering meat-free and non-dairy recipes are shared across the globe, reaching over 26 million people a month.

The new book covers all aspects of vegan living from food to toiletries to travel and addresses questions such as 'should you be eating avocados?' and 'is it still OK to wear an old leather belt?'

Suitable for committed vegans and novices alike, the talk will be  at Waterstones, in Bridlesmith Gate, on October 7 at 6pm.

Tickets: £12 includes entry and a copy of How to Live Vegan £5 general admission, or for £4 Waterstones cardholders. All include booking fee and a glass of wine of arrival.
