Borussia Dortmund's head of football Sebastian Kehl says he expects Jadon Sancho to stay at the club next season.
Chelsea are keen to sign the England star following some sensational form in the Bundesliga, but Manchester United and Liverpool have also been credited with an interest.
Speculation over Sancho's future intensified earlier this week when the 20-year-old hit out at German football authorities over a fine he received due to breaking lockdown rules and getting a haircut.
Yet any hopes Chelsea had of this potentially increasing the chances of Sancho leaving this summer appear to be unfounded.
After being asked over Sancho's links to Liverpool, Kehl explained to Sky Germany that he expects the player to remain at Dortmund next summer, revealing that any problems they had over his lockdown breach have now been resolved.
He said: "There is no new stand at all.
"We had a few issues with Jadon in the last week, but we all cleared them up.
"He played a great game afterwards and does a good job. He is incredibly important.
"We are leaving at the moment continue to assume that he will play and stay for Borussia Dortmund next season.
"Regarding the rumors [around Liverpool], I can say that there is nothing to it."
Sancho has netted an impressive 22 goals in 41 appearances for Dortmund this season.
SInce the Bundesliga returned last month, the former Manchester City youngster has netted three goals - a hat-trick in a 6-1 thrashing of Paderborn.
