Borna Barisic sees Rangers transfer future raised by top agent who predicts Premier League move

A leading football agent in Croatia has predicted Borna Barisic will soon follow £10 million starlet Nathan Patterson out of the Ibrox door and head to England.

Rangers are on the verge of selling 20-year-old Scotland full back Patterson to the struggling Goodison Park club for a a sum in excess of £10m.

And Croatian agent Marjan Sisic - who looks after the likes of RB Leipzig's £20 million rated Josko Gvardiol, who is already a Croatian international - believes the Rangers left back could win a big money move soon too.

He said: "Borna Barisic is another member of the Croatian national team who has great prospects for changing his club soon.

"And the position of left back is always in demand.

"He has been with Rangers for a long time now and has played well during that time.

"We know what happens there is that once you play well for Rangers or Celtic, you always win a move to the English Premier League and that's what could happen here."

Barisic has been linked with Roma in recent transfer windows but remains a key man at Ibrox.
