Borna Barisic Rangers injury update and how the rest of squad is shaping up ahead of Livingston

Rangers boss Steven Gerrard says Borna Barisic is a doubt for the weekend's match against Livingston.

The defender came off in the first half of the Europa League group stage victory against Standard Liege in Belgium.

He appeared to have a thigh injury, and Gerrard says he'll undergo further tests today to determine the seriousness of the problem.

The Rangers manager said there were a few other "bumps and bruises" within his squad, but he's hopeful it's nothing too serious.

He said: "We've got a couple of kicks, bumps and bruises we've been dealing with this morning. We should be fine getting through with those kicks. I think there's three or four with kicks but we're not too concerned about them.

"My only concern at the moment is Barisic. I'd say he's a doubt right now. We're going to image him as a precaution this afternoon. It's not a big problem. There's a chance he could pull through but we'll check it out this afternoon."

Rangers v Livingston will kick-off at Ibrox at 3pm on Sunday, 25 October.
