Boris Johnson looks set to have secured a huge Tory landslide if the exit poll is accurate.
The Conservatives could have a majority of 86 seats in the House of Commons, with 368 MPs.
According to the survey of tens of thousands of people, Labour would have just 191 seats, with the SNP 55 and the Lib Dems 13.
Heartbroken Labour supporters have barely been able to hide their devastation after the poll was made public just after 10pm.
Meanwhile, Tory voters are celebrating across the country.
And none are celebrating more than Boris Johnson , who has ordered the most Tory feast ever for his celebration buffet.
ITV's General Election coverage revealed the Tories had ordered "donuts, crisps, chocolates, sweets, fruits, scones, antipasti and cheese".
Meanwhile, over at Labour HQ, exhausted campaigners ordered a batch of pizzas to keep staff going throughout the night as vote counts from around the country come in.
Reacting to the news that the Tories are predicted to have their biggest majority since Margaret Thatcher's in 1987, Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell: "If it is anywhere near this, you're right, this will be extremely disappointing for the party overall and our movement."
But he refused to be drawn on Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn's future.
He told the BBC's Huw Edwards: "Let's see the results themselves, as I say, the appropriate decisions will be made and we'll always make the decisions in the best interests of our party."
But McDonnell placed the blame for Labour's potentially devastating defeat firmly at the door of Brexit .
Tory Priti Patel has vowed if the exit poll is accurate the priority will be to resolve Brexit as soon as possible.
She said: "If this is accurate it means we can move the country out of paralysis and get things moving and focus on things that matter to the British public.
"We will not hang around if we get a functioning majority. We want to move things forward and that means getting Brexit done."
However, she would not be pushed on whether the Brexit Withdrawl Agreement would be implemented before Christmas.
The exit poll also predicts the SNP would have 55 seats, Greens one and the Lib Dems 13.
