Boris Johnson welcomed his new cohort of Conservative MPs to Westminster today and has begun to reshape his inner circle.
The PM was set to address them in a private speech in the House of Commons, ahead of a Government reshuffle and the swearing-in of MPs on Tuesday.
Nicky Morgan is to be made a life peer and remain as Culture Secretary, while Simon Hart has been appointed Welsh Secretary.
