Was it only last month that Mayor Johnson named the very eminent Sir Martin Sorrell as chair of his International Business Advisory Council? Why, yes it was! And now Sir Martin's company, the giant advertising agency WPP, has announced that it will be relocating its British headquarters to Ireland to avoid the threat of higher corporation tax. Just wondering.
