The existing tenants have established a strong customer base over the last three years and will remain in place following a sale, making the business an investment opportunity.
Selling agent Christie & Co is looking for overs over £495,000 for the freehold interest.
The popular Old Bakehouse on Main Street is being sold as a going concern as owner/operators Steve Harper and Fiona Ingram have decided to retire. The asking price for the freehold interest is £345,000.
It retains many of original features, such as the original bakehouse ovens, and has a small lounge, main dining room with seating for 45 guests and a conservatory extension with extra seating for up to 30, as well as the kitchen.
