A Boots store in North Wales will go up for auction this month.
The twin unit in the centre of Ruthin will go under the hammer with Allsop on September 23.
Boots has a lease on the main unit on Castle Street until 2025.
Ben Hodge, from Allsop, said: "It’s an attractive town centre freehold shop part let to Boots until July 2025.
"I would expect for it to appeal to private investors seeking a return on their capital."
Boots are paying £18,500 a year for their lease while I A Norquay pay £6,750 for the smaller unit.
The lot has a guide price between £200K and £225K.
