Boots shoppers say £30 No7 mystery bundle worth over £85 is the 'best money they've spent'

Boots has impressed No7 fans with a mystery bundle containing 11 beauty products that has been praised as 'a steal' after its price was slashed by two thirds in the sale.

Shoppers can treat themselves to the No7 Mystery Lip Collection, which comes with eight No7 lipsticks or glosses as well as one No7 nail varnish, one No7 Retinol Skincare product and one pack of No7 wipes. The mystery set has been reduced from £93.75 to just £30, saving beauty fans a sizeable £63.75.

Buying a bundle of products where you don't know exactly what you're going to get is admittedly a risk - but several shoppers were left satisfied by the collection they ended up with. One said in a review left on the Boots website: "Every item is great and usable. I'm very tempted to buy another set - for the price it's a steal."

Another fan of the set described it as a "bundle of joy", writing: "So happy, lovely neutral colours and best money I've spent for some time." And a third shopper penned: "Very pleased with my box of lipsticks - bit risky to order when you haven’t seen the colours but luckily I love all mine."

However, the collection has had some mixed reviews, with one shopper saying that their bundle contained "too many neutral shades" of lip products. Another warned fellow customers: "don't expect much from the colours", although added that they thought the items they had received were "worth the money".

It may be worth taking the risk if you're a No7 fan, as the mystery bundle comes in a lot cheaper than buying the products individually. No7 lip colours cost between £7.96 and £12.95 each on the Boots website, meaning that it would cost upwards of £60 to buy eight.

Meanwhile, No7's Retinol range is priced from £12.71 for Post Retinol Soother up to £32.26 for Retinol Night Concentrate, and a pack of No7 Cleansing Wipes costs £4.45. Additionally, No7 nail varnish currently costs upwards of £4.76, meaning that the whole bundle would cost at least £85 if you bought each of the products separately.

The mystery bundle isn't the only No7 collection which has had its price slashed in the latest Boots sale, with reductions of up to 70% on luxury gift sets. Many have already sold out due to high demand, but you can still currently get your hands on the No7 Indulgent Bathing Collection, which contains five bathing essentials worth £60.75 in total including shower oil and body butter in a floral box for just £22.40.

There are also three No7 skincare collections that have been reduced in price on the Boots website, each of which contains five face care products. The Restore & Renew Collection worth £91.50 is priced at £31.96, while the Lift & Luminate Collection is worth £86.50 but is priced at just £30.36, and finally the Protect & Perfect Collection worth £79.50 currently costs £27.96.
