We all have our Christmas traditions and for shoppers one of those traditions is stocking up on Christmas gift sets from Boots.
However, it looks like the retailer has made a massive change - it's removed its 3-for-2 deal on present ideas, instead offering 25% off.
Usually Boots customers can pick up gift sets from brands including Yankee Candle, Champney's, Soap and Glory and more with the deal.
Shoppers have now been left disappointed, according to the MEN , after a noticed was placed on Boot's website informing them of the change.
In an announcement on the website, Boots wrote: "Save 25% on 100s of Christmas gifts.
"We're not currently running our 3 for 2 promotion but you can shop the same range of gifts at 25% off."
It is not clear if the offer will be returning later this year and the ECHO has contacted Boots for more clarification.
On Twitter, user @suncareforever said: "@BootsUK how come you aren't doing your 3 for 2 offer on christmas presents? My gran and grandad got surprised when they went into store to buy theirs."
