Boots has become a Christmas destination for many if you need make-up or any last minute gifts.
But a new change has resulted in shoppers being very unhappy after it has decided to removed its 3-for-2 deal on present ideas.
However, it has offered 25% off instead.
Shoppers have been left disappointed, according to the MEN, after a notice was placed on Boots' website informing them of the change.
In an announcement on the website, Boots wrote: "Save 25% on 100s of Christmas gifts.
"We're not currently running our 3 for 2 promotion but you can shop the same range of gifts at 25% off."
It is not clear if the offer will be returning later this year and the ECHO has contacted Boots for more clarification.
On Twitter, user @suncareforever said: "@BootsUK how come you aren't doing your 3 for 2 offer on christmas presents? My gran and grandad got surprised when they went into store to buy theirs."
