Boost for supporters as Glasgow Clan return to action with hectic schedule

Clan fans have been given a huge boost with the news their team will be back in action this week.

A combination of coronavirus and crowd restrictions has seen the Braehead outfit out of action since a 5-1 Boxing Day defeat to Belfast Giants.

Now the Clan face a hectic schedule, with four games in the space of five days, kicking off tomorrow night.

Malcolm Cameron’s side first face three home games in a row. They take on Manchester Storm on Tuesday, before welcoming Cardiff Devils and Nottingham Panthers on Wednesday and Friday respectively. All three games face-off at 7.30pm.

The Clan then get on the road to take on Dundee Stars on Saturday, with face-off set for 7pm.

The Renfrewshire club are also launching a new streaming service, to allow supporters to watch games from the comfort of their own homes.

A Clan spokesperson said: “We are also delighted to announce the launch of a brand new webcast on Clan TV, which will show live games from Braehead Arena, starting on Tuesday, January 11.

“The new webcast will be priced at £15, in line with the rest of the Premier Sports Elite League teams and can be purchased on the club website.

“Fans can check the Clan TV link for information on upcoming games too.”
