Bookmarked: The Leeds Summat 2011 - inspiration, disruption and action

Campaigning groups and organisations are joining together to host the second Leeds Summat to discuss global and local ethical issues.

The 'summat' will be a creative and participatory all-day event for all ages, on Saturday 26 November in central Leeds and will feature talks, music, workshops, food, art, comedy, networking, film and much more.

There's a launch/preview event on Thursday 10 March at The Carriageworks on Millennium Square. Check out the Eventbrite page for details.

It is being supported by Yorkshire and Humber Faiths Forum, TIDAL (Trade Injustice and Debt Action Leeds), Leeds Community Organising, Leeds Anti-Sex Trafficking, Space2 community development organisation, Leeds Love It Share It thinktank, Community Development Services Alliance (CODESA), Leeds Hardy Street mosque, and Leeds Tenants Federation.
