There's nothing quite like waking up on Christmas morning to see a blanket of snow outside your window.
The subject of many a Christmas song, it's the ideal weather for the festive big day - but it rarely happens in Liverpool.
With just over a week to go, bookmakers have started weighing up their odds on whether or not it will snow on Christmas Day in different cities in the UK.

Based on previous data recorded from the Met Office’s Weather Observation Stations, Aberdeen is the city with the highest chance of seeing snow this Christmas, with a 11/14 chance of snow.
While London, has the lowest chances of a snowy Christmas - with odds of 1/20 that it won’t snow this year.
In sad news for snow-lovers, BetVictor’s odds suggest no major city can expect to see a white Christmas.
The bookmaker puts Liverpool's odds at 7/1 - while the chances of a snow-free December 25 are currently listed at 1/14.
Snow is normally more common after Christmas, in the months of January to March.
The Met Office said: "We are more likely to see snow between January and March than in December, with snow or sleet falling an average 3.9 days in December, compared to 5.3 days in January, 5.6 days in February and 4.2 days in March."
The UK last saw snowfall on Christmas Day in 2015.
The Met Office's long range forecast covers the festive season and into January - with no snow whatsoever predicted for Liverpool.
Accuweather's forecast predicts the next day Liverpool will see snow is more than a month away - January 27.
