Boohoo shopper baffled by playsuit with 'no zips, openings or way to put it on'

A Boohoo shopper has been left baffled by a playsuit she says has no zips or openings.

Steph Thomas couldn't find a way to put the £10.80 'Tall Tailored Sleeveless Playsuit' on after it arrived.

She hit out at the Manchester fashion giant, complaining she couldn't fit her entire body through the neck hole.

Believing the garment was faulty, the 30-year-old tweeted Boohoo a photo, the Manchester Evening News reports.

She wrote: "Hi @boohoo_cshelp @boohoo may I ask how you suggest I get into this playsuit which has no zips or openings?!

"I can’t fit my entire body through the neck hole, unfortunately..."

The brand was quick to reply to Steph and offer a replacement, which this time she says had a small opening.

Steph tweeted another photo of her struggling to get into the replacement playsuit.

She captioned the second tweet to Boohoo with: "Thanks @boohoo_cshelp @boohoo for sending me a replacement which HAS an opening!

"However, I think the neck opening is still not quite big enough for somebody to fit their entire body through....I gave it my best shot and got this far..."

Steph explained: "It was totally stitched up. The replacement has the tiniest opening, meaning I had to fit my entire body through the neck.

"I know playsuits are sometimes hard to get into, but that was another level."

Although Steph is still awaiting a refund from Boohoo, she claims she won’t completely ditch shopping with the brand.

She said: "I would probably shop there again but let’s just say I am glad there is a free returns policy as my experience with their products are either a hit or a massive miss."

Boohoo has been approached for comment by both the MEN and Mirror Online.

The 'fast fashion' retailer has grown rapidly in recent years, with booming online sales.

Earlier this month it launched a new payment platform where shoppers can pay two weeks or more after a purchase.

The Manchester based fashion retailer joined the Clearpay platform designed for millennials wanting to spread the cost over four equal, interest free payments.

Boohoo shoppers will be able to use the platform when ordering a minimum of £10 worth of products on the Boohoo , BoohooMan and Nastygal websites.
