Boohoo's co-founder has stepped down from as a director of a Manchester-based social publishing group.
Mahmud Kamani, who is also Boohoo's co-CEO, has left his position at Northern Quarter-based LadBible amid reports the company is considering an initial public offering (IPO).
Mr Kamani first became a director at the business in 2017 while the publisher rents space from the family's Kamani Property Group.

The move comes after reports in the summer that LadBible was exploring a stock market listing or partial sale.
LadBible was founded by Solly Solomou and Arian Kalantari in 2012 and its brands include SPORTbible, Tyla, GAMINGbible and UNILAD.
The group also has offices in London, Dublin, Melbourne and Sydney.
Documents filed with Companies House for its financial year to the end of December 2020 show its revenue increased slightly from £29m to £30.1m while its pre-tax profits rose from £2.1m to £4.1m.
Mahmed Kamani's Boohoo was founded in 2006 and floated in March 2014.
