Bonnie Tyler’s friend ‘praying for better news’ in health update

Bonnie Tyler

Singer Bonnie Tyler, 74, was placed into an induced coma following emergency intestinal surgery in Portugal.
She was rushed to a hospital near her Faro home for the procedure.
ITV reported that Tyler suffered a cardiac arrest when doctors attempted to bring her out of the induced coma.
Her close friend, Liberto Mealha, stated that while doctors are 'positive,' her condition is 'not that good' so far.
The Independent has contacted Tyler's representatives for comment.
