Bongos Bingo have announced they will host a special night in Newcastle for hard working NHS staff.
Over the past few weeks, key workers on the frontline have been battling tirelessly as coronavirus claims more and more lives in the UK.
And now Bongos, who saw a number of their events cancelled across the country due to the spread of COVID-19 have revealed they will honour the NHS with a huge party at Boiler Shop in the city centre.
The date for the one-off special is to be confirmed but one thing that is for certain is that tickets will be free for all NHS and emergency services staff.
Revealing all about the special events, which will also take place in London, Leicester, Manchester, Glasgow and Liverpool, Bongo's Bingo posted: A message for all our incredible NHS and emergency service workers...
"We all appreciate the amazing and incredible work you do for us, especially in these challenging times.
"So when this is all over, we're going to do what we do best with 6 Bongo's Bingo parties across the UK!"
Once the date for Newcastle has been confirmed, tickets will be available on a first-come-first served basis. At the time of writing the Bongo's Facebook post had gathered 11,000 comments so demand is going to be high.
Bongo's Bingo have been livening up lockdown with three virtual bingo nights every week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
