Bonfires and fireworks displays in Rochdale in 2019

It is almost that time of year again and for one night (or maybe a few) the night sky will be sparkling.

That can only mean Bonfire Night and the day of November 5 in particular which marks the night when Guy Fawkes plotted to blow up Parliament in 1605.

The big day falls on a Tuesday this year and there will be plenty going on around the date with many displays taking place across Greater Manchester.

If you're a Rochdale local and want to stay closer to home for the Bonfire Night festivities, you can find all the details you need on the local events below.

Let us know if we have missed your event by emailing us on website@men-news.co.uk

The address is: Heywood Old Road, Middleton, M24 4GS
