Bombay Times Fashion Week is back!

The premiere fashion event in the city is back with its 8th edition which promises to be bigger than ever.

Darwin Platform Group Companies presents Bombay Times Fashion Week powered by Streax Professional will kick off in style from October 15-17 at The St. Regis Mumbai.

Day 1 of the event will make a strong social statement with real women from various walks of life taking to the ramp for Shaina NC. Young and dynamic socio-preneur, Zarine Manchanda will turn showstopper for designer Gopi Vaid. The eclectic line-up includes Sonaakshi Raaj making her first ever appearance at BTFW while Nivedita Saboo’s Wonder Woman inspired show is bound to enthral audiences.

A string of talented and promising designers start the proceedings on day 2 – Charisma by Anu Mehra, Eeha by Khushboo Shah, Vyusti, Daisy, Leela by A, Juice Cosmetics presents TNAS by Dipika Parihar, Benbaa and L’effet by Sanjev Marwaaha. Indian wear designer brand KALKI returns to the ramp with their bridal couture collection HERA. Celebfie, a unique social media app that promises to bridge the gap between fans and celebrities will be presenting FKNS by Narendra Kumar with a vivacious line up of celebrities and a thought provoking show!

Day 3 starts with AARI while social entrepreneur Seema Singh’s MeghaShrey, an NGO that pledges to redefine and preserve the lost grandeur of Indian textiles and handicrafts, will present RAR Studio. Imminent designers such as Kshitij Choudhary, SR Queens, Asra will be keeping the shutterbugs busy during the day.

As the penultimate show, Streax Professional will present Kaleidoscope – the latest hair colour collection by Hygienic Research Institute in association with celebrity designer Rocky Star, together creating a high-octane energy show replete of international styling and looks.

Darwin Platform Group Companies will present the grand finale with celebrated designer Payal Singhal who will be showcasing her winter festive collection “Suroor”- a bevy of traditional Indian silhouettes that are quaint and charming
