KOZHIKODE: A bomb was hurled at Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's (RSS) office in Kannur's Payyannur in the wee hours of Tuesday.
The window panes of the office 'Rashtra Bhavan' were broken in the attack.
There was no one in the office when the attack took place.
RSS activists took out a march in Payyannur town in the morning to protest against the attack. Local RSS and BJP leaders alleged that CP(M) was behind the attack.
Police have intensified security in the area following the incident.
Police officials are gathering CCTV visuals from the area to identify the accused.
