Bolton Wanderers stating line-up vs Wycombe confirmed as three changes & Dion Charles missing

Bolton Wanderers boss Ian Evatt has made three changes to his side to take on Wycombe this afternoon from the League One opener against Ipswich Town.

The Whites got their campaign up and running last weekend on the road with a draw against Ipswich Town. Aaron Morley's penalty was cancelled out by Lee Evans' strike.

But a point on the road against one of the sides expected to challenge at the top end of League One this season was undoubtedly a positive one. Wanderers will be aiming to build upon that this afternoon.

Wanderers host the Chairboys at the University of Bolton Stadium for their first home game of the campaign. Gareth Ainsworth's side are the early League One leaders thanks to an opening day win over Burton Albion.

Evatt suggested there would be changes for this afternoon's encounter from the Ipswich game owing to the different challenge presented. And he has opted to make three changes from the side which drew against the Tractor Boys.

James Trafford continues as goalkeeper. The back three will continue to line up as Gethin Jones, Ricardo Santos and George Johnston.

The wing-backs this afternoon will be Liverpool loanee Conor Bradley on the right, with Jack Iredale one of three changes made and will line up on the left. Central midfield is poised to be MJ Williams and Aaron Morley.

There is a change in the number 10 role as Kyle Dempsey comes into that position and Kieran Lee makes way. Dapo Afolayan is partnererd upfront by Amadou Bakayoko.

On the bench this afternoon for the Whites are Declan John, Kieran Sadlier, Jon Dadi Bodvarsson, Will Aimson, Kieran Lee, Elias Kachunga and George Thomason. Dion Charles in not in the matchday squad due to a knock.
