Bolton Wanderers have completed the January transfer window signing of Manchester City youngster James Trafford on loan.
The 19-year-old is highly-rated at City, playing a big role in the Under-23s' Premier League 2 triumph last season and spending a lot of time around the senior team having been named on the bench on six occasions without making his debut.
Trafford has spent the first half of the current campaign at another League One club in Accrington Stanley but, despite starting the season as the No.1, has struggled for minutes after being ousted by Toby Savin and has not played since November 23.

Wanderers have now confirmed the signing of Trafford on loan for the rest of the season after being recalled by Pep Guardiola's side and sent back out to League One.
He becomes Bolton's fourth January transfer window signing, following Dion Charles, Marlon Fossey and Aaron Morley to the University of Bolton Stadium.
Wanderers boss Ian Evatt has explained the high regard in which he holds Trafford and is looking forward to seeing what he can do as he competes with Joel Dixon to be the club's first choice goalkeeper.
Evatt said: “James has been on the bench for the first team, which speaks volumes as to what Pep and Manchester City think of him.
“I have watched him play for England, physically watched him play two or three times now and am a huge admirer of his.
“He became available and it was a no brainer for us. We thank Man City for helping us out because they have subsidised a huge portion of his wage. He is a big prospect and hugely talented so we can’t really afford to pay him the same sort of money they can.
“I spoke to their goalkeeper coach Xabi (Manciscidor) yesterday and he is a big fan of James and he wants to make sure we are giving him the right environment to blossom.
“We want to give him that chance and I am looking forward to seeing him play.”
