Rarely troubled by the Hornets in the first half and good distribution out from the back. Made a couple of great saves from Ismaila Sarr after the break.
Will Aimson - 7.5
Solid for the most part on the right hand side of defence and good with distribution and helping to contain Watford attacks. Put in pass for Williams for sublime second goal
Ricardo Santos - 8
Captain showed strength in the middle of the back three to ensure first half chances were kept to a minimum. Very good after the break too in great overall performance.
George Johnston - 7.5
Not afraid to get forward at times to support attacks and good test of defensive strength up against the Hornets. An encouraging performance from the defender
Kieran Sadlier - 6.5
Tried to get forward when he could from right wing-back but struggled at times with Watford's attack when the hosts went forward. Replaced by Bradley after the hour.
MJ Williams - 8
Lovely long passes on show from the holding midfielder throughout the encounter and got brilliant assist for Afolayan's goal. A class performanc in the middl of the park.
George Thomason - 7.5
Good energy in the middle of the park from young midfielder and not afraid to get forward to press Watford high.
Declan John - 7
Worked well with Johnston on the left flank to keep Watford attacks on that side to a minimum.
Kieran Lee - 7.5
Put Wanderers ahead with great low finish into the bottom corner after Watford stopper Daniel Bachmann's heavy pass. Played in the number 10 role.
Dapo Afolayan - 7.5
Clinical with opportunity when it presented itself from last season's top scorer. Lined up in a strike partnership instad of the number 10 role and looked better for it.
Dion Charles - 7
Tireless work upfront throughout by the Northern Ireland international. Solid afternoon from striker before being taken off on hour mark.

Glimpses from the Liverpool loanee after coming on as second half substitute.
Jon Dadi Bodvarsson 6.5
Went alongside Kachunga after coming on. Some nice touches from the Iceland international.
Aaron Morley - 6
Slotted into the heart of midfield after coming on.
Kyle Dempsey - 6.5
Played further forward after coming on and looked sharp.
Jack Iredale - 5
Replaced John in the closing stages at left wing-back.
Gethin Jones - 5
Came on towards the end and went to right side of the back three.
