Bolton Wanderers player ratings vs Leyton Orient: Ronan Darcy and Antoni Sarcevic good

Billy Crellin - 5

Saved early penalty, but dropped cross which nearly led to goal and should have saved Wilkinson's free kick. McAnuff's free kick was great but positioning arguably could have been better for it.

Alex Baptiste - 4

Poor backpass which led to the early penalty and looked shaky with clearances in first half - replaced at the break by Gordon.

Ricardo Almeida Santos - 5

Looked composed in possession in times but gave away some needless fouls. Part of a Wanderers defence which had a poor day at the office.

Ryan Delaney - 5

Cleared off the line after Crellin's dropped catch but got brushed past far too easily for the opening goal.

Peter Kioso - 5

Lashed against the side netting in the first half but didn't do enough in the forward areas.

Andrew Tutte - 5

Hardworking in central midfield with some good balls at times, but was replaced at the break by White.

Antoni Sarcevic - 7

One of the few Wanderers players who performed against the O's - some decent passes at times from the skipper.

Harry Brockbank - 5

Could have levelled for Wanderers at 1-0 with close range header - later moved from left wing back to the back three, where he struggled at times.

Ali Crawford - 6

Some nice passes at times from the creative midfielder and tried to make things happen.

Nathan Delfouneso - 5

Put in a solid cross for Brockbank but had afternoon ended early due to injury.

Arthur Gnahoua - 5

Worked hard upfront and didn't get enough on an early opportunity to put Wanderers ahead.

Substitutes

Ronan Darcy - 7

Introduced after Delfouneso's injury and looked decent - added a spark and some energy to Wanderers and was arguably the big positive for Bolton in the circumstances.

Tom White - 6

Made return from injury at half-time and injected some energy but also looked slightly rusty after a month out.

Liam Gordon - 6

Replaced Baptiste and wasn't too bad going forward - put a few crosses into some inviting areas.
