Kept the deadlock early on by tipping Wintle's shot onto the bar but could have done more to keep out Finney's goal and made a hash of his punch which led to the third goal.
Alex Baptiste - 5
Had his hands full with the combination of Kirk and Pickering on the left flank which Crewe exploited throughout the game.
Ricardo Almeida Santos - 7
Failed to pick up Mandron enough for opening goal but otherwise looked fairly solid at the back with his reading of the game and made some good blocks.
Ryan Delaney - 6
Not afraid to get forward and was in the right place to make some decent interceptions.
Peter Kioso - 5
Was the more productive of Bolton's wing backs going forward but could have helped out Baptiste more with the threat Crewe posed on that side of the pitch.
Antoni Sarcevic - 6
Captain struggled to deal with the pace of the game in the first half - improved a bit after the break.
Tom White - 5
Failed to have an impact in the first half and arguably could have done more to prevent Finney's goal - replaced by Tutte before the end.

Came into the team for the injured Harry Brockbank and struggled to make much impact going forward but looked alright defensively.
Ali Crawford - 5
Played in Delfouneso for the equaliser but didn't do a great deal otherwise - was replaced by Isgrove.
Nathan Delfouneso - 7
Isolated and crowded out early on but drew Bolton level with a fabulous solo strike and clinical when second chance came to him.
Ronan Darcy - 6
Lost the ball on the halfway line which led to the opening goal but made good contribution in build-up to Delfouneso's leveller

Replaced Darcy after the hour and set up Delfouneso for his second goal.

Made return from injury lay-off and looked fairly bright.
