Bolton Wanderers player ratings vs Charlton Athletic - Thomason great as Lee & Bradley impress

James Trafford - 7.5

Made decent stop from Albie Morgan to keep the score at 1-1 midway through first half and then from Jesurn Rak-Sakyi three times after the break.

Gethin Jones - 7.5

Contributed to attacks well from the back three on the right hand side to link up with Bradley. Caught out at the back the odd occasion but otherwise a solid all-round showing.

Ricardo Santos - 8

Great in possession out from the back with several impressive long passes. Made several impressive blocks and interceptions in a return to form for the skipper.

George Johnston - 7

Early error which led to Charlton going in front early doors. Struggled up against Charlton dangerman Rak-Sakyi on several occasions, but found back of the net at the other end to put Wanderers three up.

Conor Bradley - 8

In the right place to net equaliser and looked very bright, causing Charlton problems down the right flank. Teed up Lee for second goal with assist that may have been scuffed shot.

MJ Williams - 7.5

Played alongside Thomason in the middle of the park. Good on the ball and added some bite in midfield in a solid performance.

George Thomason - 8.5

First League One start of the season for the midfielder and did himself no harm whatsoever with great performance. Nearly headed Wanderers in front and was great on the ball throughout. Saw goal chalked off for offside.

Jack Iredale - 7.5

Fantastic dangerous cross into the box for Bradley to score equaliser. Put in some dangerous deliveries throughout the game. Booked for foul on Scott Fraser.

Kieran Lee - 8

A class act on the ball and floated across the pitch in the number 10 role. Arrived at the right time in the box to finish clinically and put Wanderers ahead.

Dion Charles - 7

Looked lively throughout and did not give the Charlton rearguard much peace. Did not get goal but caused Charlton issues.

Amadou Bakayoko - 6

First touch let him down several times despite good work rate and pressing, but did not make huge impact. Taken off for Afolayan.

Substitutes:

Dapo Afolayan - 7

Caused problems off the bench and nearly got on the scoresheet were it not for Joe Wollocott's low save

Kyle Dempsey - 7

Looked bright in substitute appearance and caused issues for Charlton.

Aaron Morley - 5

Came on in closing stages and little time to make impact.

Elias Kachunga - 5

Like Morley, came on in closing stages and little time to make impact.
