Bolton Wanderers lineup vs Southend United confirmed: one change made

Bolton Wanderers boss Ian Evatt has made one change to his team to take on Southend United today.

The Trotters have travelled to Essex today aiming to go five games unbeaten in League Two.

Bolton are 11th going into today's encounter and can do the double over the Shrimpers with victory at Roots Hall.

Wanderers' opponents today are sitting just above the drop zone, but are unbeaten in their last two encounters.

Evatt has been boosted by the return to fitness of skipper Antoni Sarcevic.

And the return of the Wanderers captain to the squad, but won't be in the starting XI as Ian Evatt has made one change today.

Matt Gilks continues inbetween the sticks while the back four of Gethin Jones, Ricardo Almeida Santos, Alex Baptiste and Declan John remains unchanged.

In central midfield, MJ Williams is again partnered by Kieran Lee.

Eoin Doyle continues in the number nine role, with Marcus Maddison and Oladapo Afolayan either side of him and the returning Nathan Delfouneso poised to line up in the number 10 role.

On the bench today for Bolton are Sarcevic, Andrew Tutte, Shaun Miller, Lloyd Isgrove, Arthur Gnahoua, George Thomason and Ben Jackson.
