Bolton Wanderers lineup against Colchester United confirmed

Bolton Wanderers boss Ian Evatt has made two changes for the League Two clash against Colchester United.

The Trotters have travelled to Essex to take on the U's for their first away day of the season.

And they are looking for their first three points of the season against a Colchester side which finished last season in the League Two play-offs.

Wanderers are also seeking their first win of the 2020/21 season after losing three games on the bounce in all competitions.

And Evatt has made two changes to the side which started the home defeat against Forest Green Rovers last weekend.

Antoni Sarcevic is not in the squad and nor is Reiss Greenidge, to be replaced in the starting XI by Ali Crawford and Jak Hickman respectively.

It remains to be seen how exactly Wanderers will line up and if there might be a change from the 3-4-1-2 formation we have seen so far this season.

Billy Crellin starts in goal with Hickman, Ricardo Santos Almeida, Alex Baptiste, Liam Gordon and Gethin Jones as defenders.

Brandon Comley starts against his former side and Tom White keeps his place in the side, with Crawford coming in for the absent Sarcevic.

The strike partnership of Eoin Doyle and Nathan Delfouneso continues.

On the bench this afternoon is Matthew Alexander, George Taft, Jamie Mascoll, Ronan Darcy, Andrew Tutte, Harry Brockbank and Finlay Lockett.
