Bolton Wanderers boss Ian Evatt has made nine changes to his side to take on Bristol Rovers this evening.
The Whites were last in action on November 22 when they beat Barrow 3-2 in the Papa Johns Trophy last 32 stage. Prior to that was a 2-1 comeback win in League One on the road to Fleetwood Town.
Bolton sit in the top six ahead of this evening's encounter and will be aiming to consolidate their place in the play-off places with three points. They can climb up to fourth if they better Peterborough United's result against Barnsley this evening.
And Wanderers boss Evatt has made nine changes from the side which beat Barrow last week, the last time they were in action. Manchester City loanee James Trafford starts as goalkeeper once again. The back three lines up as Gethin Jones, Eoin Toal and George Johnston, with captain Ricardo Santos out with an illness.
At right wing-back, Conor Bradley starts. On the opposite flank, Evatt has handed a first League One home start to Bradley's fellow Liverpool loanee Owen Beck after impressing on his outing against Fleetwood Town.
In central midfield, Aaron Morley starts and is partnered by George Thomason. Dapo Afolayan starts in the number 10 role.
Evatt has fully fit options upfront and partners Dapo Afolayan in his current goalscoring form with Jon Dadi Bodvarsson. On the bench this evening for the Whites are MJ Williams, Dion Charles, Josh Sheehan, Jack Iredale, Amadou Bakayoko, Kieran Sadlier and Kieran Lee.
