Bolton Wanderers line-up against Crewe Alexandra confirmed

Ian Evatt has made four changes for this evening's match against Crewe Alexandra in the EFL Trophy.

The Bolton Wanderers manager has shuffled his pack around for the Northern Group C clash.

The Trotters got their season under way on Saturday at the University of Bolton Stadium in the Carabao Cup.

But they were dumped out of the competition at the first round stage by Bradford City after goals from Lee Novak and Harry Pritchard sealed the Bantams' passage, which sandwiched Antoni Sarcevic's goal for Wanderers.

And Evatt has made four changes with Alex Baptiste, Ricardo Almeida Santos, Brandon Comley and Gethin Jones dropping out.

Billy Crellin keeps his place in goal with George Taft, Ryan Delaney and Harry Brockbank as a central defensive trio.

Jak Hickman and Liam Gordon will be right and left wing-backs respectively.

In the middle of the park will be Sarcevic and Tom White, as well as Ali Crawford.

Eoin Doyle and Nathan Delfouneso keep their places upfront.

On the bench this evening are Matthew Alexander, Ronan Darcy, Andrew Tutte, Shaun Miller and Adam Senior, as well as Jones and Comley.
