Bolton Wanderers confirmed lineup vs Wigan Athletic as four changes made

Bolton Wanderers boss Ian Evatt has made four changes to his side to take on Wigan Athletic this afternoon.

Wanderers take on the Latics this afternoon in a local derby at the University of Bolton Stadium.

Evatt's men sit ninth in the League One table aiming to bounce back from last weekend's loss on the road versus Sheffield Wednesday.

In that encounter, right-back Gethin Jones picked up his fifth booking of the season and is ruled out of today's clash due to suspension.

And Evatt has made four changes from the side which slipped to a narrow loss at Hillsborough last Saturday.

Joel Dixon keeps his place as goalkeeper, while there is are two changes in the back four.

Harry Brockbank comes into the team to replace the suspended Jones, while Ricardo Almeida Santos, George Johnston and Liam Gordon comes in for Declan John to make up the rest of the defence.

In central midfield, Evatt has continued with MJ Williams, captain Antoni Sarcevic, but Josh Sheehan comes in for Kieran Lee.

And upfront today, Amadou Bakayoko will line up on the right, with Eoin Doyle through the centre and Dapo Afolayan on the left.

On the bench today for Bolton are Matt Gilks, Nathan Delfouneso, Will Aimson, Lloyd Isgrove, Elias Kachunga, George Thomason and Alex Baptiste.
