As one of the biggest towns in the UK, there's a lot going on in Bolton.

Situated in the bustling centre, it's housed within the grade II listed Le Mans Crescent near Bolton Town Hall and shares its main entrance with the central library.
The museum has key collections showcasing important moments in history as well as its own art gallery - so there's plenty to discover.
It also boasts family and adult events, and one-off exhibitions.

What's On
There are permanent collections at Bolton Museum featuring fine art, decorative art, botany, Egyptology, local history and more.
Aside from these, events are split into family, adult, and exhibitions.
While some events may change on a monthly basis or are a one-off, there are regular weekly events on the calendar.
A number of activities are in partnership with local libraries, and will therefore be held there.
