Indian actress, and former Miss World, Aishwarya Rai has been admitted to hospital after testing positive for coronavirus.
The star's eight-year-old daughter Aaradhya has also been taken to hospital, according to PTI agency reports.
Aishwarya's actor husband Abhishek Bachchan, and her Bollywood superstar father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan, are already in the same hospital being treated for Covid-19.
The former beauty queen, and her daughter, were revealed on Sunday as suffering from the virus.
On July, 11 her father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan, a high profile Indian actor, took to Twitter to confirm he had coronavirus.
"I have tested CoviD positive .. shifted to Hospital .. hospital informing authorities .. family and staff undergone tests , results awaited .. All that have been in close proximity to me in the last 10 days are requested to please get themselves tested!," he posted.
A series of tweets from his son Abhishek, also a famous Bollywood actor, followed to confirm he, his wife, and their daughter also had tested positive for the virus.
"Aishwarya and Aaradhya have also tested COVID-19 positive. They will be self quarantining at home.
"The BMC has been updated of their situation and are doing the needful.
"The rest of the family including my Mother have tested negative.
"Thank you all for your wishes and prayers," he tweeted.
India is currently in the midst of a sharp rise in coronavirus cases, according to the Associated Press.
Last week the country reported a new daily high of 27,114 cases and a partial lockdown has been imposed in several high-risk areas
