Matta's International Foods has been an integral part of the city for more than three decades - not just because of the high-quality global products it sells, but because of the community spirit it brings to Liverpool.
And now, the famous, family-run food shop has taken its positive vibes online.
Spreading smiles and laughter, Matta's International Foods has more than 5,000 Twitter followers and 8,000 Instagram followers - and its pick-me-up posts are sure to make you laugh.

The independent food shop has been on Bold Street since 1984, when husband and wife Kirpal and Kanta Matta first opened the premises. Thirty seven years later, their family are still serving up organic food from all around the world.
