Liverpool is going to get another LEAF tea room.
Following the success of its Bold Street branch, the popular independent teashop and bar is set to open its second site in late August, a little further out of the city centre in Smithdown .
LEAF Smithdown will offer more than 70 teas, breakfast, brunches and lunches, with vegetarian and vegan options.
The evening programme is made up of craft gins, cocktails, craft beers, fine wines and home made food.
LEAF on Bold Street is popular with locals, students and and tourists and rated for its diverse menu of food and drink.
It has also become a well-known events space, hosting vintage fairs, art nights and music and club nights.
LEAF began as a small friends-run tea shop in a city centre gallery back in in 2007 and opened its Bold Street shop in 2010.
In addition the the upcoming Smithdown venue, LEAF has a further site in Portland Street. Manchester.
