- Add an new eligible activity “Natural gas seperation plants”
- In case of implementing CCUS technology, promoted projects will enjoy an 8-year CIT exemption.
- In general case (not implementing CCUS technology), promoted projects will enjoy a 5-year CIT exemption.
- Condition adjustment for “Petrochemical Production”
- In case of implementing CCUS technology, promoted project will enjoy an 8-year CIT exemption.
- In general case (not implementing CCUS technology), promoted projects will enjoy a 5-year CIT exemption.
