With Darragh Leahy heavily linked with champions Dundalk, Gypsies boss Keith Long has swooped for full-back Anthony Breslin from Longford Town.
Midfielder JJ Lunney returns to Dalymount Park after a year away with Waterford.
Canadian international winger Kris Twardek signs from Sligo Rovers while goalkeeper Stephen McGuinness arrives from Cabinteely.
And Keith Ward, Andre Wright, Andy Lyons, Cristian Magerusan, Dawson Devoy, Luke Wade-Slater and Promise Omochere have all re-signed on new terms.
The sponsorship deal sees Des Kelly Interiors return as main sponsors of Bohs, having previously adorned the jersey from 2002 to 2011.
