Bohemians 0 Waterford 2: John Sheridan signs off in style as Blues stun Bohs

Waterford pulled off a hat-trick of wins in the capital as John Sherdian bowed out in style.

Man-of-the-match Ali Coote put the Blues ahead midway through the first-half before Tyreke Wilson doubled the lead with a cracking free-kick before half-time.

Waterford have now toppled Bohs, Shelbourne and St Pat’s in Dublin ahead of a trip to Shamrock Rovers on Monday week.

And although Bohs remain second in the table, they know Rovers will move eight clear if they win away to Cork City today.

Bohs were never at the races and Keith Long kept his players in the dressing room for almost an hour after the final whistle.

Waterford could have won by more as John Martin hit the woodwork twice while Wilson also smashed the post late on.
