Police have discovered a body in the Firth of Forth between Bo’ness and Blackness this morning.
Emergency services raced to the scene at around 10.30am, with a high police presence still in the area this afternoon.
Cops say they are still working to investigate the ongoing incident and to establish the person’s identity.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 10.30am on Monday, February 8, police received a report of a body in the water between Bo'ness and Blackness.
"Enquiries are ongoing to establish the identity of the person and emergency services remain at the scene."
