Body pulled from Belmont Harbor

A body was pulled from Belmont Harbor June 7, 2020. | Google Maps

A dead body was found Sunday in Belmont Harbor on the North Side.

Officers were notified about the body about 1:15 p.m. and the marine unit pulled it from Lake Michigan near the mouth of Belmont Harbor, Chicago police said.

Further details were not immediately available.

Area Three detectives are conducting a death investigation.
