The Heart is the second in a new series of podcasts called Body Pods. Each podcast has been made by an artist in collaboration with a scientist, exploring a different part of your body. The Heart has been made by Francesca Beard, a performance poet based in London, and Dave Hildick-Smith, a cardiologist based at Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton.
