The body of a young man was found in Dublin city on Sunday evening.
The man in his 20s was found by gardai near waste ground in the Ushers Quay area but the investigation is currently not being treated as suspicious.
The young man's body was removed from the scene and a post-mortem will take place at a later date with enquiries into his death ongoing, Dublin Live reports.
A Garda spokeswoman said: "We are investigating all the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a body, a male aged in his 20s, in Ushers Quay, Dublin on the 27th June 2021."
"His body has been removed and a post-mortem is due to take place at a later date and enquiries ongoing."
