Body of young man found at home in Salford

The body of a 36-year-old man has been found at a home in Salford.

Police were spotted outside a flat in Seddon Street, Little Hulton, at around 10pm last night (Friday), witnesses say.

Officers have confirmed that they were called to a home in the area by paramedics who discovered a man's body inside the property.

But, detectives have concluded that there were 'no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.

A neighbour, who lives near the home in question, said: "I was asleep actually and I was woken up about 10pm.

"There was an ambulance outside one of the flat across the street and then later on I saw some people in white suits going in and out of the place.

"I wasn't sure what had happened but it looked serious at the time."

A spokesperson for GMP said: "Police were called by the ambulance service to a report that the body of a man had been found at a property on Seddon Street, Little Hulton.

"Officers attended and found the body of a 36-year-old man.

"There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.

"A file will be passed to the coroner."
