A woman's body has been found near a train depot in Llanelli.
Officers were called to the area on Langland Mews opposite the old railway yard on the morning of June 12.
British Transport Police said a woman in her 30s was declared dead at the scene.
The woman has not been identified and her death is not being treated as suspicious.
An eye-witness, who did not want to be named, said there was a heavy police presence from 9am in the morning until around 2pm on June 12.
A spokesperson for the British Transport Police said: "We were called to a railway depot at Llanelli at 9.28am on the morning of 12 June to reports a body had been found there.
"Officers attended and a woman in her 30s was declared deceased at the scene.
"Her death was not believed to be suspicious and a file will now be prepared for the coroner."
