An investigation is underway after the body of a teenager was pulled from a lake.
Emergency services were called to Scotsmans Flash in Wigan shortly before 2pm on Sunday, October 4, to reports of a concern for welfare of a man.
The body of a man, believed to be in his late teens, was sadly discovered in the water.
Three men aged 17, 18 and 19 have been arrested on suspicion of murder.
They remain in custody for questioning.
Police said enquiries "are in their infancy" and officers are "keeping an open mind", while the circumstances surrounding the man's death are established.

A spokesperson from Greater Manchester Police said: "Shortly before 2pm on Sunday 4 October 2020, police were called to Scotsmans Flash in Wigan to reports of a concern for welfare of a man.
"Emergency services attended and sadly discovered the body of a man in the water. The man is believed to be in his late teens.
"Enquiries are in their infancy and officers remain at the scene whilst investigation work is carried out.
"Officers are keeping an open mind as the circumstances surrounding the man's death are established.
